AVAILABLE SOON- Comfortable double bedded room available in lovely detached 4 bedroom house situated in the Victoria Dock village. There is also a bathroom for the sole use of the housemate although it is not technically "en suite" ie with an adjoining door from the bedroom.
As well as a spacious garden, there is a large comfortable living room, well appointed kitchen & unlimited wifi included. The house has ample parking on it's private driveway for up to 3 cars & is in a secluded location, although close to the town & railway station.
I would describe myself as a normal, clean living man, father of one grown up daughter & I have a very friendly, well behaved pet spaniel. Have successfully let the room for a few years now to various tenants, usually working professionals. May consider shorter term let, please ask for details
