My house is located off Princes Avenue close to Hull Royal and is on a direct bus route to Castle Hill Hospital Cottingham, also close to the University of Hull and the City Centre.

The rent includes all BILLS and UNLIMITED WIFI.
You will have a furnished double room PLUS your OWN sitting room

The room is furnished with a double bed, 3 door wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The sitting room is furnished with table and chairs, sofa and TV.

Has a small garden at back. No off street parking but able to park on street.

Have washing machine and dryer.

About Me
I am 30 female and work full time at University of Hull.

I am easy to get along with and have worked on the cruise ships in the past sharing a cabin so am used to sharing space.

I have two cats so tenant would have to bear that in mind.

I would like to share with someone who is clean like me (im not obessive)and who has similar interests. I have lived here for 4 years but with the cost of living I am now looking to houseshare, I love the Princes & Newland avenue area.

I enjoy watching films, going out to the nearby cafe bars for coffee/lunch etc. I am a typical geek I love shows like Game of Thrones, Big Bang, Walking Dead etc.

I am a massive New Girl fan! Absoloutly love that show and the quirkness

I like old school rock music such as Aerosmith etc I am not into dance music.

I respect peoples privacy and possessions and would hope for the same in return.
