I am looking for a neat person to share. Would suit someone looking for a quiet place for study with an occasional party or having friends over.
House has TV with freeview, Wireless broadband, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, etc, a large garden, and BBQ.
Room is large with lots of light, a double bed, small TV, chest of drawers, chair and reading table. well insulated, double glazing throughout.
RENT includes all bills with unlimited internet download, free local calls and weekend uk calls included!
