This is a very large double room available down Goddard Avenue in Hull. The room comes with double bed, desk and chair plus plenty of storage.

It's a great house, furnished to a good standard and in a perfect area between Newland and Princes Avenue. There is room on the path/ driveway area to park in front of the house which is ideal and rare in this popular area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. All bills, big TV, Playstation and fast internet also included.

There are currently 2 housemates, Naomi and Sophie living there who are both nice and easy to get along with. With current tenant leaving soon the largest room has become available.

If you are a genuine, tidy person looking for a nice friendly house please get in touch. Ideally I am looking for professionals but would consider students as long as they are respectable and not party animals! Sorry, no DSS either.
