Double room available

I have to let a double room in a large flat on Springbank West.

The property has a large kitchen, family sized bathroom, living room, dining room and study.

The bedroom is part furnished. It has a bed, bedside table, arm chair and a small cupboard with drawers. I can provide additional furniture should it be required.

Within the property Sky TV is available as well as broadband. There is also parking outside the property. A parking permit will be provided should it be required. There is also a washing machine within the property.

I am a 28 year old professional. I work in the town centre with varying shifts. I do not mind who I live with however I have left my partying days behind me!

There will be no deposit required. Unable to accept DSS. Couples may be considered.
