A well-kept double attic bedroom with en-suite bathroom is one of the rooms available now in our large, clean, friendly shared house. With plenty of storage, this private space is bright and airy, has a study area as well as a comfortable seating area and a recently refurbished bathroom. Our traditional town house offers shared kitchen facilities and use of a well-kept, ornamental garden. Close to the university and cafe bars of Newland and Princes Avenue, this very popular shared house would suit a mature student or a professional.
