I have a double room (single occupancy)on Beverley Road, very close to the University, as a lodger with a live in landlady. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of draws and a wardrobe. It is decorated in neutral colours. The house has a shared living room, extra large bathroom, kitchen, conservatory/diner and large garden. There is parking available.
The house is furnished to a nice standard and has all the comforts of home. It is exceptionally clean and tidy. The rent).
I am looking for a reliable, non-smoker of either gender who is clean, tidy and respectful.

The room is available immediately, for a Monday-Friday let. Short term, 7 days a week lets considered please contact to discuss.
