Double room with en-suite

This is a two bed cottage and I'm renting a double room (single occupancy) with an en-suite bathroom.
I have broadband facility and there is a TV aerial in the room.
The house has a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and utility room. You would have use of all kitchen and laundry facilities.
There is off street parking if needed.
The room has just been decorated and will be available from 26th May.
