Large south facing room and small bedroom

The deposit will be promptly returned on leaving, after a room inspection ( regret having to take a deposit, but items in the past have "walked" of their own accord ! 😄)
Newly decorated double room but with three quarter bed. I have a blow up bed or sun lounge for short visits.
Large desk/ working area, TV and storage space- wardrobe and large chest of drawers.
The log fire works.
Small room next to bathroom, chair and TV., clothes rail. V comfy single bed. Cosy room.
Very peaceful house, well appointed.
The small room has a single bed, a heater and side storage cabinet, television 📺 clothes rail.
The bed I am told is very comfortable !
This room is right next to the bathroom above the kitchen, which
again doubles as a setting room.
The house has two staircases and dates from 1760.
Much of the character has been put back or kept.
There is a large bathroom with bath and shower.
In a large village with all amenities, takeaways and cafes, and a store.
We are looking for a working contractor or similar.
There are cooking facilities and your own fridge/ freezer
The kitchen has a log fire and acts as the sitting room, it's large and has comfy chairs.
The large bedroom has a log fire and is second floor
The bathroom can be prioritised, to suit your working hours.
One other person uses this, but infrequently.
