Available immediately., large attic bedroom in my home. Nicely furnished, comfy double bed, plenty of drawer/wardrobe space, and large tv. The house is kept immaculate and includes all bills, central heating and WiFi.
I'm looking for a professional person but not someone who works full time from home. Students are welcome but be advised we are not near the Uni.
Currently, there's only me the owner and 1 other professional male here, so never over crowded.
We have 2 x WC, full modern kitchen with laundry, stunning lounge and dining area. Our garden overlooks the Humber Estuary with views of the Humber Bridge and the passing ships.
Parking is on street but it's very quiet here in our village and very safe.
The village has two vibrant public houses but no shops.
Our new house guest should really be a car owner because of our remote location. The local bus serves the city well, and neighbouring villages.
