I live with 1 medium sized dog, so must be OK with pets! Large pond in the back garden with Coi and other fish to feed etc.
Big gardens and good walks in the area.
Parking for cars on my own driveway.
Would share cooking, cleaning etc. And hopefully just "muck in with chores". Bathroom with shower up-stairs. Plus an extra - downstairs loo. Utility room with washing machine and drier.
Lounge/dining room - gas central heating with gas fire. Gas cooker and well equipped kitchen.
