Open space living/kitchen area with large garden and lots of parking. 1 shared bathroom.

Quiet lovely rural village with pub; Short drive to towns for amenities. This has been a renovation for me so still working on the outside garden area. Looking for a clean and tidy person that is respectful to myself and my home. Happy to share food bills and cook for you as I work from home mostly also.

If you only need the room for a certain amount of days a week, happy to discuss rent options. Bills included, however if increases happen may need to reevaluate costs.

I have a little cat I love dearly - so needs to be kind to animals.

Wifi & Sky (living room) included.

Ideally someone who is busy and has their own life outside of being at home, would be great for someone to use as a base.
