Easy driving to Beverley, 8 miles away (15 mins), 6 miles from Driffield (10 mins). Hull Approx 20 miles (40 mins drive), York approx 50 mins drive.
House approx 2 miles to local railway station in Hutton Cranswick with a good service to Hull.
Bus stop 2 mins walk at top of road with regular buses to Driffield, Beverley and Hull.

I am a self-employed professional person who works from home.
£650 full time. Will adjust accordingly for part of the week stay.
I would like a lodger who is respectful of my home and space.
Those of you based at York Uni or working in York, please be aware that it is approximately 50 mins drive to the centre of York.
