The property is a two bed new-build on the edge of Brough. It has off-road parking, Broadband, washing machine (sheets and towels are provided and laundered.) There is a pleasant, south-facing garden with table and chairs for sitting out. The spare room has fitted wardrobes (recently installed) with shelves and hanging rails; a chest of drawers and a console desk.
I have an adorable, well-behaved Cockapoo - who everyone loves!
I am a very well travelled, cultured individual; a retired Probation Officer.
The house is clean and tidy with quality furnishings; it is a calm place to live . . .
There are good road, rail and bus connections from Welton/Brough with a main line station with direct trains to London, Liverpool, Manchester or closer to home - Hull, York, Scarborough etc.
Welton is a traditional village with church, duck pond, character period houses and a pub (where Dick Turpin was captured!) There are pleasant woodland walks to the North of the village and the Humber estuary to the South.
The room would suit someone working in the area (the rent will be reduced for Monday to Friday stays); an individual visiting East Yorkshire; someone looking to purchase property in the area.
