The house is clean and tidy with quality furnishings; it is a calm place to live.
There are good road, rail and bus connections from Welton/Brough.
Welton is a traditional village with church, duck pond, character period houses and a pub (where Dick Turpin was captured!) There are pleasant woodland walks to the North of the village and the Humber estuary to the South (I can provide maps if you want to explore the area on foot).
The room would suit someone working in the area (the rent will be reduced for Monday to Friday stays); an individual visiting East Yorkshire; or someone looking to purchase property in the area.
