The room is available from Monday, 16 February. The property is a two bed new-build on the edge of Brough. It has off-road parking, Broadband, washing machine and sheets and towels are provided and laundered. It has a pleasant, south-facing garden with table and chairs for sitting out. The spare room has fitted wardrobes (recently installed) with shelves and hanging rails, with chest of drawers and a console desk.
I have an adorable, well-behaved Cockapoo - who everyone loves!
I am a very well travelled, cultured individual; a retired Probation Officer.
The house is clean and tidy with quality furnishings; it is a calm place to live . . .
There are good road, rail and bus connections from Welton/Brough with a main line station with direct trains to London, Liverpool, Manchester or closer to home - Hull, York, Scarborough etc.
Welton is a traditional village with church, duck pond, character period houses and a pub (where Dick Turpin was captured!) There are pleasant woodland walks to the North of the village and the Humber estuary to the South.
