The house is nicely refurbished neutral colours w natural wood. There is a garden and we are growing fruit trees and have raised veggie beds outside.
The house is located in the picturesque and friendly village of barcombe w gorgeous countryside walks just out the door and Barcombe mills river down the rd. Has great schools, pub and post office shop. Local buses and cyclable distance to train station in Cooksbridge however having a car is highly recommended. Only 5mins drive to medieval town of Lewes with all amenities and 20/25 mins drive to Brighton. There is a parking space on shared driveway included.
We are a clean living peaceful and independent household. Looking for someone with the right dynamic of friendliness, cleanliness and independence to share this home.
