It comes semi furnished w futon desk and bookcase as pictured. The kitchen and dining space is bright and spacious with stylish decor. There is a garden with raised beds for vegetable growing and fruit trees have been planted.
The village of barcombe has a pub, village shop, recreation ground and community atmosphere. Beautiful walks straight out the door. The river is lovely in the summer for swimming and boating. Nearest station is cooksbridge 3 miles or lewes 5 miles. There is shared off street parking and a car is needed to live here unless you are prepared to cycle in all weather. Lewes is a 5 min drive and Brighton takes around 20/25 mins . References req. Looking for clean and tidy housemate who is friendly, considerate and independent. Sorry no pets as we gave a cat.
