Beautiful room to rent in country house

We are a family of four with a four year old and a twenty year old, renting a house in Barcombe, near Lewes. We are looking for a lady student or post-grad student to rent one of our bedrooms.

Barcombe is a quiet, friendly village and this rental would suit someone who likes the peace and quiet of being in the countryside. The room is partially furnished, is on the ground floor and is away from the communal living areas. There is also a shower room attached, and plenty of storage space. We have beautiful views of the Sussex countryside and a lovely big garden to enjoy.

We are looking for someone who would like to live with a family and is used to a busy household with a four year old. Our days are busy, but at night we value peace and tranquility and this rental would suit someone who is the same.

We might occasionally like someone to feed our cat while we away.

There are good bus connections to Lewes, but a car is essential as there are no buses after 6pm.
