Seeking a Man to share my Batcholer Pad

I live in a very spacious modern minimalistic furnished 4 bedroom house. You have a Double Bedroom on the ground floor with a personal bathroom that will only be used by guests but I have my own bathroom/shower upstairs. The house boasts the following an 85" 4K TV with 2300 watt surround sound system. Small bar with drinks fridge. The layout downstairs is very open plan with a dining table that seats 8 people, a 6 seater U shaped sofa. Not one but two kitchens (the second is in the utility area so no chance of clashing when cooking). There is a use of washing machine and dryer, a small front garden, large back garden and patio area. There is off road parking available and if you happen to be a mototrbike rider we could negotiate use of a garage. There is also underfloor heating and you can control individual living space temperatures. I am looking for a professional male over 25 with references from previous landlords. I am a houseproud person and would only look to be sharing this space with a like minded clean tidy and respectful individual.
