Hi! We're looking for a housemate as part of a relaxed houseshare in the centre of Battle:

- First floor room, over three metres square, in comfortable house.
- Three-bedroom property is very close to High Street, just one kilometre from train station. Bus routes nearby.
- House has 8Mb broadband, two shower rooms (one with bath), washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and garden space. Parking available nearby.
- House is shared with two men, 20 - 30 years old, working full-time.
- Rent is £250 per month, plus bills split evenly as-and-when they are received (these have historically averaged out to £90 per person per month, including council tax).
- Preferred housemate: full-time employed, clean and considerate.
