Village location, double room

I have available a large double room with shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. We are in a village location with a good sized garden. I live with my Father who has his own separate rooms and my son who is usually only at home 50% of the time and one other very quiet lodger so although it sounds a busy household it is actually quite quiet. There are areas both in the house and the garden where you can either be on your own or socialize.

The bedroom available has a king size bed, TV and fitted wardrobes. The room is currently decorated in quite a feminine way however I shall be redecorating in more neutral tones in the near future.

There is 1 dog and 1 cat at home. We are close to many lovely countryside walks and Great Dixter House and Gardens, the ancient town of Rye is only 15 minutes away with good rail links. Camber sands and Hastings are approximately 20-25 minutes away.
