l am looking for a quiet professional female lodger to share my 3 bedroom cottage. The room available is a single room with a new comfortable bed and mattress with some furnishings and can be changed to how you wish.
The cottage is located 1.5 miles from Berwick train station and is nestled under the downs in a quiet area. There is parking available on the drive.
There is a large garden that you are welcome to use and some outbuildings for storage if needed.
About me; I am easy going, laid back, clean and tidy and a non smoker. All of which are important to me and would like to find that in my lodger. I have two visiting very respectful teenage children that stay every other weekend. And there is a border collie in residence too.
I work full time currently as a support worker within the community so my hours are variable.
