Small single bedroom in Bevendean, Brighton

Single bedroom in a family house, there is lots of parking outside and is based in a nice countryside feel location, Lower Bevendean. Bus route and stop outside house. Not too far from Mouscoomb station. Currently in the house me and my partner, i'm 23 & postgrad student and he is 29 a retail manager. My partners mum also lives here and it is her house, she's 50 and a supervisor in a care home. We are all super friendly and tidy. We also have a cat named Charlie and 2 dogs pixie a boxer and Zoro a chihuahua, all old and friendly. There is a nice size lounge and dinning area and kitchen. 1 bathroom that has bath/shower and a decent garden area. Facilities that are included: dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, separate fridge and freezer, internet, gas cooker, microwave, central heating.

The bedroom will include a single bed that lifts up and has storage space under, a chest of drawers and a table and chair.

The ideal person would be friendly, tidy, down to earth and enjoy socialising once in a while.
