Double Attic room available £500 pcm

We are couple in our early 40's with a 9 year old daughter. Our house is situated in Bevendean Brighton near universities and Lewes road. The room has double bed, desk, comfy chair, draws and storage. You would have use of a modern bathroom, the kitchen and garden. In the kitchen you would have own fridge and cupboard space and use of washing machine etc. All bills are included and you'll have access to WIFI. We are asking for £500 up front per month and £200 deposit.
