We live in a relaxed housing co-operative in Bevendean. On the 48 bus route to Brighton centre.

Lots of hill walks and open Downland within a minute walk of the property.

Shared living room, dining kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 wcs, bike storage, garden room for yoga etc.

Wildlife garden with pond and far reaching views.

Steps leading down to the property from street level and steps leading into the garden. The rooms are on the first floor.

We aspire to enjoy shared meals together and have community days to take care of the garden and complete jobs around the house like decorating and DIY .
