Double Room on Bevendean Road

I have a spare room in my house on Bevendean Road in Brighton. The room is furnished, but if you'd prefer to bring your own things that's fine too. There is storage space in the loft but the entry is a smallish square, so larger objects needing storage will have to go in the room/elsewhere.

The dimensions of the room are 2.9m x 4.4m, the bedframe is 2m x 1.4m, all furniture can be moved around.

House has:

- Clothes washer/dryer
- Dishwasher
- Fridge/freezer
- Electric stovetop
- Electric fan/grill oven
- TV with a PS4
- Loft space for storage
- Paved back garden with large planters
- Driveway with just enough space for two cars

£500pcm, £500 deposit, all bills (electric, water, broadband, council tax) included. The house is up a fairly large hill, there's a bus stop a few seconds walk away for the no. 37 bus, it's a quiet part of town with large shops and the main bus garage just at the bottom of the hill, also has some nice running routes if you don't mind inclines.

Who you'd be living with: I'm 26yrs old, I work full time as a live audio engineer, I'm out of town for work for a few days at a time once or twice a month. I'm a musician and make music at home when I'm not working, I also enjoy cooking, video games, and knitting. I tend to keep to myself sometimes, but I'd definitely prefer to hang out with and be friendly with a lodger. I don't drink or smoke and I'm not one to go out to pubs and clubs, so it's a quiet house at the moment! I don't mind if you smoke or drink but I do keep the house itself smoke free.
