I have had to end my tenancy early and was hoping that someone would be interested in taking my spot! We are located in Bevendean, a 5 minute walk from the 49 bus which is extremely regular. There are a handful of shops around the area. It is a very easy walk to Brighton uni hence why we are looking for a student ideally. I am not a student anymore and moving in with my partner so that is why I need to put the room up :)

The room itself is the only one upstairs and comes with a bed with under storage compartments, a lovely wooden shelf, a huge desk and comfy chair and an average sized wardrobe. Across from the room is a toilet and shower which is only shared with one of the other housemates so privacy is quite easy to come by if that is what you’re after! There is a lovely view from the window and a huge garden below, perfect for summer bbqs. We just expect you to be clean and to get along reasonably well with everyone but also no pressure :)
