The room is simple clean and bright. We are situated near to Brighton and Sussex universities in a green and spacious area. Local shops within walking distance, on a regular bus route. There is ample FREE parking.

The household consists of myself,, another female student and my son who is 16. We have a medium sized short haired dog who is well-behaved.

You will have access to the kitchen, with your own fridge and cupboard space, shared bathroom, and WIFI. The room is fully furnished and bills are inclusive.
