Hi there,
I live in a wonderful home off of Moulsecoomb in Brighton. Due to my. course, I will be away for six weeks on placement and am looking to have someone sublet my spacious, furnished room while I am away.
The spacious room is carpeted and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, big size desk and chair. The house itself is spacious, on two floors and comes with a nice patio backyard. We also have a washer and dryer.
There are three other roommates, all of which are students. Two females and one male. We are all clean, respectful and enjoy making our house a nice home!
The area is off of Moulsecoomb, in a peaceful part of town. It's easy to get to Moulsecoomb and Falmer, so good location if you're a student at the University of Brighton or Sussex. There is free parking along the street and there are a few busses that can take you into the city centre quite quick.
Option to live here Monday to Friday (weekly) or by month. The room is available starting October 27 (flexible).
