We're a very eco-friendly house- composting, permaculture, rainwater collection and recycling.

It's private and semi-self contained. Including microwave, slow cooker and electric hotplate. You can't hear anything from the main house where I live. Or vice versa. Apart from the washing machine and a bath in the main house (which you're welcome to use) it's got everything it needs.

The house internet is accessible (with a booster) but you may need to get your own dongle for higher speeds.

The area is 15 mins from the centre of Brighton. There's room to store a bike, a (free) car parking space, pets are welcome. The bus stops outside the door, and runs every 15 mins to Brighton.

Aldi, Sainsburys are nearby.

I worked as a university lecturer/researcher for 10 years and am now doing project management.

It's £823 per month (which includes all the bills), and an extra £47 for council tax per month if you pay this.

If you're a couple the price is £1100 and council tax depending on if you're a student or not.

It comes with two extremely powerful and efficient electric heaters, although there's lots of storage and room for your own furniture if you want. To be discussed. If you're a couple you would need to contribute more for the gas and electricity bills. Again subject to discussion.
