The house is close to bus route 49 and a local shop with a short walk to Lewes rd and more buses and amenities including convenience store, Chemist, GP Surgery, The Bevy community Pub. There is FREE on street parking if needed.
There is immediate access to beautiful Bevendean Down which is great if you enjoy walking, off road cycling and being in nature. You can walk to Falmer Rd, The Amex Stadium, Woodingdean and Stanmer from here.
As a landlady I spend a lot of my time at my partners place. I am easy going and don't have strict rules.
Basically I expect people to be considerate of one another regards use of facilities and noise levels. The garden is a great asset in summer months and for anyone who likes to grow vegetables or flowers. It commands great views across to Hollingbury Hill.
