The house is close to bus route 49 and a local shop with a short walk to Lewes rd and more buses and amenities including convenience store, Chemist, GP Surgery, The Bevy community Pub. There is FREE on street parking if needed.
There is immediate access to beautiful Bevendean Down which is great if you enjoy walking, off road cycling and being in nature. You can walk to Falmer Rd, The Amex Stadium, Woodingdean and Stanmer from here.
I am currently a live out landlady as I have had surgery and my partner is taking care of me while I recover for 3 months.
