Sunny double room to rent

Hi there, I'm letting a double room at the front of my house in Bevendean. It's a comfortable place with easy access to the city. You'd be the only lodger in the house and I live between here and my partner's house so it will be a quiet situation. There's a good, well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room which you're welcome to use. I like things to feel more like a houseshare than a lodging. I'm a gardener and sometimes musician and pretty friendly type and am looking for someone who I can get along with when I'm about.

I'm happy to consider short term let's. Cost would be £200/week.
