Students only -2 rooms available in friendly share

My current flatmates are going home/moving closer to the city, which leaves two rooms available in our four-bedroom house share.

The house is shared with me - Daisy - I study Politics at UOB and work from home when I'm not at uni, and Christina, who is moving over this year. She is a part-time student at Open uni and works full-time.

The house is also shared with my cat Pixie - she's super friendly but equally likes her own space and will match your vibe so if you aren't a cat person and keep your bedroom door closed she'll leave you be.

We're a clean house, I'm veggie but I don't mind if you eat meat/fish, I just have separate cooking stuff :-)

We both love the outdoors and like a social house but we deffo recharge independently and like our space too!! We like to drink but prefer not to live in a party house.

We'd prefer living with older housemates as we're both mature students so preferably 23-30 but if you're older and we mesh that's all good!

The first room available is the biggest room in the house and is on the bottom floor, the second room available is the coziest room in the house but fits a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk.

The house is a 10-15 minute bus from Moulsecoomb Campus, and the closest shop is a 5 minute walk away. We're 30-45 minutes on the bus from Churchill Square.
