5 months in bevendean amazing view

This is a tenancy swap for 5 months until August when a new tenant will be moving in. I am moving out closer to Hove to live with a friend and this is a large double room with a furnished double bed, large living room and kitchen and close to the beautiful bevendean hills and mousclecoumb train station, with the 48 bus stop opposite. A replacement is needed immediately and immediate move in is optional but can be up to 3-4 weeks depending on when you would like to move in.
