Short term Bedroom let with option to long term.

Hiya!
I've got a spare room in a house with a large garden with sitting area, barbecue option.

I've got a bedroom available from the 23th of May till the end of June (for a month).

THE ROOM
Double comfy bed, big wardrobes, desk.
This south-west facing room is super sunny in the afternoon and captures spectacular sunsets from the top of the hill.

In the other room, there is a student who is now passing final exams and is leaving home, so I will be looking to replace lodgers for the whole upper floor flat (3 rooms available) long term.

LOCATION
quiet &peaceful countryside vibes, close to the Bevy pub.

49 bus line which takes you to:
~20 min by bus to Open Market,
~30 min to Churchill Square.
~10 to big ALDI, Sainsbury's (or 20 min walk)
The bus conveniently stops on the doorstep!

FLAT
Bathroom with a bathtub,
Kitchen with oven, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, tumble dryer

GARDEN
Gets all-day sunshine, terrace with BBQ!

BILLS
Are divided by all tenants proportionally, so far in the coldest month didn't exceed £100 per person

FLATSHARE
I'm looking for a tidy, calm, and respectful person.
