Small Furnished double room for rent in Bevandean

Hi, I have a lovely double room for rent!

My name is Amartey and I am a live in landlord. I am 31 and a professional artist and work from home. I have a dog called whistler who is a real joy to have around. I am also vegetarian and prefer to have vegetarian housemates.

The room to rent is a small room but has a double bed with 2 large draws underneath it for storage.

You will be sharing the house with myself, Emily who is a writer and teacher and has lived here for 4 years and Hannah who is also a teacher and has been here for a few months.

The house is spacious with an open plan kitchen/dining room with a small conservatory extension, one bathroom with bath/shower and a downstairs toilet, laundry room with washing machine and a good sized garden with a pond, sloped lawn and a patio.

Located on a quiet street, in a very friendly neighbourhood with some beautiful scenic walks and with a great bus service that stops just outside the house and runs every fifteen minutes. The bus takes just five minutes from Brighton university, and ten minutes to Sussex University. Its about 15minutes by bus to the centre of Brighton and just a little longer to the train station. 7 minutes on the bus to Sainsbury's mega store and Aldi to do your weekly shop, there is also a NISA local within walking distance for the smaller bits and bobs.

I am looking for someone who will be respectful of the house and the other people living here. We tend to watch movies together and hang out after a long days work and cook for each other every now and then but we also respect each others privacy.

It is also a vegetarian household.
