1 Single bed room in 5 Bedroom Student House - Lower Bevendean Avenue (5mins from Mouslecoombe Brighton Campus, 20 mins from town, 20 mins from Sussex Uni & Brighton Falmer campus and 30/35 mins from BIMM) - Students from all 3 Universities have lived here comfortably in the past year.

4 Students:
(20, 21, 25 & 26) All studying subjects in the humanities at Brighton & Sussex. 3 musicians, all into our music, 2 vegans & a super loving staffy called Chester :3. A now up and running vegetable-growing garden & some really nice neighbors. We are all interested in politics and are all active. Enjoy chilled nights, gigs and free parties (though on the whole verging on the chill)- we sometimes screen films and documentaries on the projector. if we sound like your type of people let us know, the room is a little bit small but still good sized and cozy -open to people with all kinds of interests and backgrounds.

No agency fees! Deposit is one month’s rent, UK guarantor required (alternatively a year’s rent to be paid up front) and must be a student for tax purposes.
