Good Sized Double Room in friendly house.

Hello,
Good sized room available in homely house. Shared with me, my daughter (stays 3-4 nights a week) and a female MA student
Good south facing garden and spacious view over Brighton.
If you're of an artistic / creative persuasion, could be good as I'm thinking of making my redundant shed into a small art studio/office space.
The house is tidy and has an element of character but isn't immaculate.
Looking for a reliable female lodger who respectfully sociable and is up for a chat and eating all together sometimes.
