1 semi-furnished bedroom available in a 2 bedroom

This is a nice flat situated in Moulsecoomb. Only 10 minutes walk from the train station and buses (but the 49/48 bus 2 minutes walk away) . The bedroom is spacious. The two wardrobes will stay (the white and the brown wardrobes) and so will the brown desk. Bathroom is of a reasonable size, and kitchen is quite big as well. The kitchen includes a washing machine and dryer. There is also a sitting room.
I am a 2nd year university student and preferably looking for someone (preferably female) who is also a university student or someone between the ages 18-24 and someone who is looking to stay for the next two years. I am also quite studious and I study at any time during the day (meaning also at night) which means I am looking for someone who will respect that.
