Brighton university is a 10 minute walk away, easy access to Sussex University and the city centre is an easy bus journey away, the bus-stop is right outside the house, shop (with post office) is 30 seconds walk away.

To move in we require:
1. References from, a bank, previous landlord or work.
An overseas student visa & proof of University enrollment is also acceptable.
2. One month’s rent + a damage deposit (equal to one month's rent)

12 months minimum contract.
No SMOKERS, unless happy to smoke ONLY OUTSIDE
