Bright,Double room in friendly LGBTQ+ Veggi house

About us:

Lauren (she/her) council worker.
Emma (she/her) social care worker.
Erin (they/she) tech professional.
Bailey the havanese, sock thief.

We are three queers looking for another person to join our friendly household.

Emma and I are a couple, (live in landlords) work Monday-Friday and enjoy dog walks, cooking, TV, having a chat and occasionally having a night out with friends.

Erin, queer, 22, with they/she pronouns is very lovely, into music, art, gaming. Very respectful.

As a household we have a chat and look out for each other but also give each other our own space and are quite independent.

We are all veggie or vegan (except Bailey) and would prefer a veggie/vegan housemate.

About you:

Understanding of neurodivergence and disability.

About the house and area:

The house been recently decorate throughout, apart from the kitchen, the bedroom is recently decorated.
It has a back garden which is a work in progress and is south facing. It gets sunny in the spring and summer months. It has a gate which leads directly to public footpaths if you like to be out in nature.

The kitchen has a grill oven, hob and microwave. Large fridge freezer. Washing machine and tumble drier.

WiFi is sky.

Bills included.

We are on the 49 bus route and have a bus stop and corner shop 2 minutes away.
Moulsecoomb Station 10min walk.
There is free on street parking which is a rare thing for Brighton!

Really close to the universities.

Sunday/Monday-Friday let only would be considered too.
