We are two queers looking for another person to join our friendly household.
*please note, spare room has listed the house as 2 bedroom. It is actually 4 bedroom but will not let us change it*
Emma and I are a couple, (live in landlords). We work Monday-Friday and enjoy dog walks, cooking, TV, having a chat and occasionally having a night out with friends.
We have a beautiful 1 year old. Our previous lodger has said he’s a dream to live with and hasn’t found it impactful on sleep etc.
As a household we have a chat and look out for each other but also give each other our own space and are quite independent.
We are all veggie or vegan (except Bailey) and would prefer a veggie/vegan housemate.
We are all neurodivergent and disability aware.

About the house and area:
The house been recently decorated throughout.
We have a south facing back garden. It gets sunny in the spring and summer months. It has a gate which leads directly to public footpaths if you like to be out in nature.
The kitchen has a grill oven, hob and microwave. Large fridge, large freezer. Air fryer and other appliances. Washing machine and tumble drier.
WiFi included.
Bills included.
We are on the 49 bus route and have a bus stop and corner shop 2 minutes away.
Moulsecoomb Station 10min walk.
There is free on street parking which is a rare thing for Brighton!
Really close to the universities.
Accessibility info-steps down to property from street and steps at back to garden. The room and bathroom are up one flight of stairs.
Sunday/Monday-Friday let only would be considered too.
