Hello, I am moving out of my parents house and they are currently living in a 2 bed ground floor flat right next to Bexhill Town (3min walk)

All of the bills will be included with the weekly payment.(WiFi/Electric/Water)

The entrance can be via the back so you don’t have to walk through the house. You open the gate and walk in through the back door what takes you into the room

The room is very spacious and has a lot of storage (you won’t run out of space)

Personally the best thing about this room is that you can walk in through the back straight into the room without having to disturb the two other occupants & that the room is completely furnished and the Wardrobe/Desk area is separated.

Potential Flatmate -
Just someone who is respectful towards the property and who preferably works so we are secure with the weekly payments.
