Within a recently refurbished house, we have a large bedroom including en-suite and walk in wardrobe for rent.
Off road parking, inclusive of all bills. WiFi, laundry facilities, can come either furnished or in-furnished.
Shared use of kitchen and living room.
Garden is currently being re-landscaped, upon completion can be utilised.
Train station is a two minute walk, bus stops immediately outside.
We are a young family with a 2 year old boy, my wife works from home as a hairdresser.
We are looking for a professional male or female lodger ideally on a long term let.
A months rent will need to be paid in advance.
Smokers are welcome however will not be allowed to smoke in the house.
