Spacious double room in lovely bright hall floor flat near the park and beach.

One main room overlooking the park has dining and lounge space and kitchen.

Looking for a friendly lodger/ flatmate. Someone who will wants to share my home but also wants and understands the need for privacy and space.

This is a smoke, drug and alcohol free home for me, there might be alcohol here when I have friends visit, but that is it.

Room licence will be 6 months.

No agencies, no couples. Sole occupancy only.

Note with energy and water bills increasing, there might be a top up needed when the monthly bill is due, if your usage is high.
