Family household with female lodgers already - so only single female occupancy, professional preferred. I work mostly from home, we have BBQ's in the summer and regularly eat together. Everyone has their own space for peace and quiet, or if you're feeling sociable there's usually someone around for a natter.

Pets considered if well behaved and housetrained, please be aware and comfortable before enquiring there are already mid-large breed dogs living here. Two of us are allergic so unfortunately will have to say no to cats.
