the flat is situated centrally, making it VERY convenient, its a 6 min walk to the train station, and bus stop directly opposite the flat . The sea, and the famous De La War Pavillion at the end of the road, all cafes and shops all within walking distance.
Parking is on street, Permit Zone C, permit obtainable via council.
I am the owner of the flat and you'l be sharing with me, I am 33 and a full time working professional. I work long hours in the engineering sector therefore I like to keep the flat clean, tidy, and tranquil to unwind in at the end of a string of long shifts. I appreciate my down time, love the beach and enjoying the surrounding areas.
I am after someone who is a full time working professional (no WFH, sorry) trustworthy, clean, tidy and respectful. Someone who will treat the property with respect.
Downsides, there is 2 flights of stairs to walk up to get into the flat and parking is limited on Sackville Road, however can always find space on the surrounding roads.
