Perfect room for professional

If you want a home that is quiet, calm and near the sea my house could be perfect for you. As long as you are ok with cats:) They are well behaved but part of my family. My children are grown and left the nest and I have been in Bexhill for 5years, i am a migrated Londoner and loving the peace but nice to be near places to enjoy an evening out.

The bedroom is a double with your bathroom next door and it is exclusive to you and the other housemate. I am having a brand new bathroom put in soon. It is a shared kitchen and a nice garden. The room has a TV with freeview but you are welcome to bring your own, i have good broadband included to access your subscriptions. The room has a king size bed, wardrobe, long shelving unit, under bed storage, an optional chair and long mirror, The room could be adapted to make you comfortable with discussion.

I would prefer someone who goes out to work but if wfh a couple of days that is fine, i also work at home.

I am a friendly kind individual and happy to share my home to someone likeminded but respects space and quiet where needed.

I do need references as i live alone as i am sure you can understand.

The sea is 3 minutes walk, the station is 10 minutes walk and the local shops 15 minutes so really convenient and there is parking to the front of the house. It is a quiet estate with little noise and traffic, you can even hear the sea when its windy!
