Short Term let-Double room near the sea- Female

I have a lovely bright south facing double room to rent. Double bed and open wardrobe system. The ground floor 2 bed flat is located 2mins to the seafront and 5mins to the station in Bexhill. Share with me and a very calm small dog.
We share the shower room, separate dining room, kitchen and lovely patio garden.
I’m renting as a short term let only. This might suit someone just moving to the area for work or in between buying a property etc.. I have been in that position myself in the past when you don’t want to sign a 1yr contract.
I’m a nurse, quite chilled and have just moved to the area last year. Most bills included but extra may be added depending on work situation- happy with hybrid working just up for discussion if you like the place.
Might also suit a student-September to May.
This is a quiet chilled flat and the room is only suitable for 1 person.
