Great place for someone looking for a comfortable and cheap permanent residence. A fully employed person is preferred, but please be sure that all applicants will be considered. Also Fibre Broadband with Wi-Fi & Ethernet, TV mounted on the wall, USB charging sockets. Beach just a few footsteps from the building, close to the train station, bus routes and all amenities. Would prefer a fully employed person but everyone can be considered. £450 per calendar month.
