Well organised: automatic night lights, gas central heating with a wireless thermostat control box in the room, radiator booster, double glazing, 4 seater/piece sofa that can be re-arranged into a shape to suit anyone and a bed (with a mattress and beddings). Also, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, a wall-mounted 42" TV. Beach is just a few footsteps from the building, close to the train and bus routes and all town amenities. Bathroom, kitchen, own fridge and freezer if required. Great place for someone looking for a comfortable and cheap permanent residence. Price negotiable if you need it for a longer period.
