Hello, I’m Jack, and I’m looking for a respectful, tidy lodger to share my quiet, well-kept detached home in Bexhill. This is a peaceful, professional household – I work away quite a bit, so you’ll often have the place to yourself.

About the Home:
• This is not a crowded HMO – there will only ever be a maximum of two people in the house (myself and one lodger), so you can expect privacy and calm surroundings.
• The room available is a good-sized, bright double with a lovely bay window. It will be furnished (TV and desk can be included) and has just been redecorated.
• The house features a large shared kitchen and living room, washing machine, bath/shower etc.
• Located on a quiet residential road, not far from Bexhill High School, The Downs, and about a 10-minute walk from Bexhill Hospital.
• There’s a little shop at the end of the road, and the high street and local pub/restaurant are within easy walking distance.
• Outside you’ll find a spacious garden, with a large decked area (split into two zones), a patio, and a good-sized grassed area – photos don’t do the space justice.
• Parking is easy – plenty on the street with no permits required, and one off-road parking space at the rear is available if needed.

Looking for:
A working professional or student (male or female) who is respectful, tidy, and easygoing. Ideally someone with a stable job and a routine that suits a peaceful, well-kept home. This isn’t a party house — so its best suited to someone who values a quiet and comfortable living environment.
