Comfortable quiet double bedroom in large, fully furnished, relaxed 3 floor Victorian house. On a quiet road close close to Bexhill station (easy commute to Hastings and Eastbourne) and 2 blocks from seafront and town centre with on street parking (permit) and Fibre-optic broadband.

A second room could be available for the right person.

You are looking for a home more than just a room. You must be responsible ito looking after the house and able and prepared to pull your weight in keeping the place tidy and be able to hold a conversation!

Respect for others expected and given. This house is LGBTQ friendly.

Shared dining room, TV room, kitchen and small conservatory. 3 bathrooms, 3 loos with a bath, an electric shower and an excellent power shower. Washing machine, iron/ironing board, dishwasher, coffee/espresso machines, microwave etc and pretty much everything else you need. Loads of space so not on top of each other.

Generally busy people, we do our own thing but share meals, BBQs and a drink occasionally. This is NOT a hotel room. You should be relaxed and fun (some of the time at least!😂) and want a place to treat and respect like a home and not just a bed and a roof. Lodgers usually stay here long term (> 2 years) unless their jobs take them away or they buy a place.
